Daily Disciplines

Fuel Your Body

Your Body is not only by God, it’s for God. Proper nourishment helps keep you strong and healthy so you can be a servant. So, fuel your body for 3- for yourself, for others, and for God.

Hydrate Your Body

Water is essential for the health of our physical body and is used in the Bible to refer to God and His ability to refresh, cleanse and renew our spirit.

So, hydrate your body and soak in God’s Word.

Move Your Body

Training is key to body and heart fitness. So, train yourself to be physically fit and to be godly which has value for all things. Be prepared to serve God and others.

Make training for fitness for Godly service a “movement” in your life.

Rest Your Body

Rest is a key aspect of training. It provides an opportunity for restoration and repair of the body and creates a time for prayer and reflection on God’s goodness and our dependance on Him.

Make rest and prayer a holy virtue in your life.
